Golden Circle


The Golden Circle brings together business champions, leading industry operators to network and exchange trade and investment ideas, on matters of current interest with other strategic enterprises and potential partners.

Members in this category seek to discuss and champion, among other things, issues to do with doing business, investments (public private partnership), policy reforms, regional integration and regulatory reforms all this to improve the business climate in Rwanda.

This club purses companies that have invested in the economy of Rwanda especially in innovative solutions that are beneficial to Rwanda’s economy. To join this club, a member is expected to pay a minimum annual subscription fee of 5,000,000 Frw.


  • Attending very high-level meetings to address urgent emerging issues with various local and international policy makers.
  • Attending high level exclusive networking events (dinners/cocktails) hosted by Government or PSF Chairman/CEO for premium members.
