PSF membership helps the set of people and businesses including corporations who collectively has an agreement to work with PSF.

The term “Member” in relation to PSF means, one who has agreed to become the member of PSF by registering their name as a membe. Every person who has agreed in writing to become a part of PSF and also holds shares of the company is considered the Member of the PSF and is said to hold membership in a company.

A member is a person whose name is entered in the register of members of a company Whereas a Shareholder is a person who owns the shares of the company.
